ABOUT MIKE RASHID

Mike Rashid grew up in Brooklyn, NY where he gravitated towards boxing and weightlifting. It was in the gym that he began to create his own system for training. He realized the importance of having a program strictly for him, one that was made to suit his very particular needs. Realizing the human body is dynamic, and that one program isn’t going to work for everyone, Mike saw the potential in developing training programs that would fit the needs of the individual. He wanted to help people unlock their strengths and discover their potential.
