This is Warrior Push-ups Part 2. What does that mean? It means we’re doing them with a partner. My boy Sean Torbati will be helping me out today to show you guys how this works. Alright, let’s get after it.
3 Push-ups In Between Hand Claps

Face each other and do a push-up, then clap your left hands. Then, go another push-up and clap your right hands. Then, do three push-ups in a row and repeat.
Added Resistance Push-Ups

Have your partner offer some resistance on your back as you push up. This will help you work on your explosiveness and gets you feeling uncomfortable from the first push-up, which will make your body respond better.
Back-Plank Push-Ups

This may look weird, but it is a fucking awesome exercise. This is likely the hardest movement of all here. While it seems that the person on top is the one doing most of the work, the person at the bottom is suffering for real.
The person on top is shifting his weight from the person’s at the bottom hamstrings and neck. This forces the person at the bottom to activate all of his stabilizers, which is excellent for the core.
Command-Based Push-Ups

Finish out with command-based push-ups, which means that one of you will be randomly instructing the other to go up halfway, in full, or to go down. Switch roles, of course, and try to fuck each other up.
Give this a try today and let me know how it went in the comments!
