I wanna keep giving you guys more of these creative workouts that are stuck in the back of my head. Things that I’ve been doing—that I personally implement. Sometimes you don’t always have access to a gym, or you just don’t have time for a long workout.
So today I’m gonna give you guys a really fast 3 and a half minute workout that will incinerate fat. Listen, it’s only a few minutes, but you can do it multiple times if you want. Just do the entire thing that I’m gonna show you in sets if you’d like.
This kind of work is something you can even do in the morning when you get up or before you go to bed. It’s something you can do at home—you don’t need to be in the gym for this.
So basically, each exercise is gonna be done for 45 seconds, and then you give yourself a 10-second break, and you go into the next one, alright? It’s pretty simple.
It’s gonna get your heart rate sky high, you’re gonna be drenched in sweat, and you’re gonna be burning fat. And a lot of this stuff is muscle building, and it is also cardio. This is the best of both worlds.
Alright let’s get into it:
First set:
1. 45-second shadowboxing with dumbbells

2. 45-second kettlebell swing

3. 45-second bodyweight squats

4. 45-second sit-ups

Second set:
1. 45-second shadowboxing with dumbbells

2. 45-second burpees

3. 45-second push-ups

4. 45-second sit-ups

Alright, on paper, none of these exercises are challenging on their own. But it is the combination of doing them all and taking small breaks (10 seconds feel like nothing). So give it a try. Guaranteed you’re gonna love it.
If you don’t have dumbbells to do shadow boxing, do it with nothing. If you don’t have a kettlebell for the kettlebell swings, just do jump squats. Other than that, you don’t need a gym. Go try and let me know in the comments how it went.
